At Plants Depot, we follow a strict advance payment policy to ensure seamless processing and fulfillment of all B2B orders. This Payment Policy outlines our terms regarding payments, transportation charges, and billing responsibilities.
1. 100% Advance Payment
All orders must be paid 100% in advance before processing, packing, or dispatch.
This policy applies to all product categories including plants, trees, fruit plants, and custom orders.
2. Transportation & Logistics Charges
- All transportation, shipping, freight, and handling charges are to be borne by the customer/client.
- Shipping costs will be quoted separately based on delivery location, order volume, and mode of transport.
- Orders will be dispatched only after full payment including transportation charges is received.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
- Domestic Orders (India): UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards
- International Orders: SWIFT Wire Transfers or other approved methods (shared on request)
Note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for any orders.
4. Tax & Duties
- All prices listed are exclusive of GST and applicable local/state/national taxes.
- For international orders, all customs duties, quarantine fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Order Confirmation
- Orders will be confirmed and processed only after payment reflects in our bank account.
- Clients must share proof of payment via email or WhatsApp to expedite processing.
6. Invoicing & Receipts
- Tax invoices will be shared for every completed order.
- GST-compliant billing is available upon request.
