At Plants Depot, we take pride in delivering healthy, high-quality plants, trees, and nursery products. Since our products are live and perishable, we follow a strict refund and return policy to ensure fairness and quality control for all wholesale buyers.
1. No Returns for Healthy Plants
- Due to the fragile and perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered in good condition.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive damaged plants, wrong species, or missing items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs and your order details to support@plantsdepot.in for verification.
- After verification, we will arrange:
- Replacement plants (subject to availability) OR
- Store credit / partial refund for the affected items.
3. Shipping Damage
- While we take utmost care in packaging, shipping damage may occur due to transit conditions.
- Claims for shipping damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery with pictures.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Once plants are packed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. International Orders
- For export shipments, refunds or replacements are not possible for delays caused by customs, quarantine, or import regulations in the destination country.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-grown plants, special orders, and bulk contract supplies are non-refundable once confirmed and processed.
