1. General

• These Terms govern all sales, purchases, and use of our website.
• Plants Depot operates as a B2B (business-to-business) wholesale platform serving landscapers, nurseries, developers, resorts, Commercial and corporate buyers.

2. Products & Availability

• All products (plants, trees, fruit plants, and nursery supplies) are subject to seasonal and regional availability.
• Images shown on the website are for representation purposes; natural variations in size, shape, and color may occur.
• We reserve the right to substitute similar species if a specific plant is unavailable, with prior buyer approval.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of GST, shipping, and handling fees.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain wholesale items.

4. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required for all orders before processing, packing, or dispatch.
• Transportation, freight, and handling charges are to be borne by the customer/client and must be paid along with the order amount.
• Accepted Payment Methods:
  • Domestic: UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards.
  • International: SWIFT Wire Transfer or other approved methods.
• Orders are processed only after full payment is received and confirmed in our account.
• All prices are exclusive of GST (India) and any customs duties, import taxes, or quarantine fees for international shipments.
• No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for any orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India and handle international exports for eligible products.
• Delivery timelines depend on location, plant type, and shipping method, and are estimates only.
• Plants Depot is not liable for delays caused by weather, transportation issues, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are not accepted unless products arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Any claims for damaged/missing items must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

7. Import/Export Compliance

• International buyers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations and phytosanitary requirements.
• Required documents (e.g., plant health certificates) will be arranged upon request and billed separately.

8. Liability

• Plants Depot is not responsible for plant health issues caused by improper handling, planting, or maintenance after delivery.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, logos, and materials on the Plants Depot website are owned by The Plants Depot Private Limited and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
